All items are manufactured to order and our typical manufacturing time is 1-2 business days, and typically an order arrives within 10 business days in Australia and within 15 business days for international orders. 

Items are generally shipped using Australia Post express post (express post delivery with tracking) however other carrier services may be used at our discretion if we feel they are more appropriate for a given order.

Please note these times are provided as a guide only, while we aim to get all jobs done within this time frame, factors outside our control may adversely affect orders manufacturing and delivery times. If you have not received your order within the timeline provided here please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help!

As all items are made to order we do not provide returns for ‘change of mind’. 

As most of the materials we use are specialty decorative woods and hand made acrylics, minor colour, thickness and finish variations and surface defects do occur and these are considered a normal part of each material's unique properties.
However, if pieces are lost, arrive broken in the post or you believe are defective in any way we will be more than happy to replace or refund the order at our discretion, please contact us immediately if you become aware of a problem so we can resolve it.

Materials featured on this site and items subsequently made from these are purely for decorative purposes only, no warranty is made or implied as to their fitness for any other purpose. We take no responsibility for pieces that break if you choose to wear them, modify them or incorporate them into further products.

Some materials are limited in supply. If we sell out of a material you have ordered we will contact you to arrange for a refund or substitute material for those specific items.

Not all shapes featured on this site can be manufactured in every material and in every size simply due to the nature of the manufacturing process and the huge combination of materials, shapes and sizes on offer, if we believe a shape cannot be supplied to an acceptable level of quality in the chosen material we will contact you to arrange for a refund or substitute material for those specific items.
